This downhiller with a soft turn to the right plays short if the drive carries the hill in the middle of the fairway. A slightly downhill approach adds the difficulty for an otherwise standard shot to the green. A subtle mound in the front middle of the green offers a unique way to tier the green into halves. Make sure you are on the correct side of the rise.
A well-struck drive down the middle will catch the slope and run to 120 yards from the green. Second shot plays one club shorter than the yardage indicates. Slope at the front third of the green makes short approach shots very difficult. |
